Here's a brief overview of what you can expect at Oodles Retreat.
This country house constructed by the owners is a truly amazing property, from the moment you enter this stunning property you’ll be overwhelmed with the size and the magnificent views it has to offer. Perfectly situated in an exclusive residential area, positioned on a large private estate surrounded by 13,000 sq mtrs (4 Acres) of beautiful landscaped Mediterranean gardens. An array of stocked flowers, fruit trees, palms, shrubs and large pond water feature.

We're very lucky to have excellent walking and cycling routes literally on our doorstep and the most amazing beaches that will literally take your breath away.

The peace and tranquility that this property offers is something that is hard to explain. When I'm lucky enough to spend time there myself, I stand quiet, take a deep breath and slowly feel my body start to relax and unwind. It's a place that I never want to leave and we hope that our guests feel the same.

Outside Areas
A sweeping 100mtr tree-lined driveway leads you to the main house with parking for up to 10 cars. A full size private tennis court with balls and racquets is available for your exclusive use. A slightly elevated 16 x 8 mtr (larger than average) heated (optional) swimming pool and terraced area is positioned to capture the very best countryside views.

Cabana beds and sunbeds with super comfortable cushions are positioned around the terrace with grass umbrellas for shade. A huge wooden pergola is positioned next to the outside kitchen, providing a shadded area for eating and relaxation. Dutch style furniture completes the range including a large table for dining and a wonderful lounge area with U-shaped sofa, the perfect place to relax and watch the sun as it disappears over the hills.

The spacious outdoor kitchen offers a large gas bbq, fridge freezer, washing area and bar stools.

Beach sand has been shipped in to create an elevated beach volleyball and a French Boules area. Beyond this is a separate fully equipped gymnasium (not available for bookings with children).

A 60 mtr detached yoga/dance/classroom is available for weddings, events and retreat bookings.

Inside Areas - 11 Bedrooms (see floor plan)
The accommodation is cleverly arranged over three levels, the living areas are spacious and open plan, offering a wonderfully stylish design and décor throughout.

All bedrooms are spacious with central heating and hot/cold air conditioning. 8 bedrooms enjoy the option of superking or twin hotel quality zip and link beds.

Level One - Communal living area with huge kitchen, lounge, dining room, games room and one en-suite bedroom. This level leads to the outside areas.

The front entrance leads to the first lounge with comfortable leather sofas and satellite smart tv. Continuing through to the spacious dining area (conservatory) with access to level three. French doors open to your private terrace and extra large heated swimming pool.

The property has a huge 50 sq mtr fully fitted kitchen with the very best rated appliances. Granite work surfaces throughout, breakfast bar, integrated fridge, freezer, 7 kilo washing machine, microwave, two fan assisted ovens, gas hob and dishwasher.

From the lounge the stone Tosca staircase takes you to your second lounge area with 2 large sofas, chair and TV. 5 bedrooms are located on level two.

Level Two
Five bedrooms, 3 super king or twin en-suite bedrooms, one en-suite family room super king or twin, with interconnecting bedroom includes a set of bunk beds, there’s also a further room with 2 sets of bunk beds. Ask to see our floor plan.

Level Three
Tosca staircase leads to three en-suite bedrooms.
Bedroom one with wardrobe, drawers, en-suite bathroom and private terrace with pool views.
Bedroom two with wardrobe, drawers, en-suite bathroom and private terrace with mountain views.
Bedroom three super spacious with wardrobe, drawers and en-suite bathroom.

Detached Casita (Master Suite) with Terrace - Located just a few meters from the house, with super king bed, separate lounge area and en-suite bathroom. Two put up beds are available for children. If you're planning a wedding this is the perfect master suite for the wedding couple. (Not included in price as for details).

The property is hired for your exclusive use and will not be shared with any other group. If level three rooms and the Casita (Master Suite) are not required they will simply be locked.
