Beach cottage! Across the street from the beach. This is unit "A" which contains 3 bedrooms and 2 large decks of a Duplex. Renovated in 2019. Close to 64 and Military bases, colleges, Norfolk airport and hospitals , only 11 miles from Hampton collision and 1 block from OceanView Fishing pier. Quiet locals beach.

More than 6 guests without authorization will end your stay immediately . Max occupancy is 6. $100 PER DAY for unauthorized guests. Max 3 cars allowed to park on property. Do not block the driveway. Neighbors will tow cars. No Pets. $500 cleaning fee if animals are brought to the property. Please check our other listings for pet friendly stays. $15 per towel fee for missing/damaged towels Disconnecting the internet or tampering with security, keyless entry or cameras will immediately terminate your stay $50 per hour for early check in or late check out fee if not pre authorized.No pets
