Check In: Flexible - 10PM

The front and garage door uses a keypad. Your code is the last 4 digits of your cell phone number. The alarm will be set and the code is the same. Enter your code and hit disarm. The keypad is to the right when you enter. P. S. Just a reminder, we constantly strive for 5-Star Reviews. Quiet hours 10 pm - 4 am
No smoking, vaping or weed. If found, will cause immediate cancellation of reservation and removal from premises.
Only park in garage or driveway. If blocking the alley, you will be towed and reservation cancelled without refund.

Payment Policy

All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. No exceptions

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel 30 days before without penalty.
If you cancel between 15-30 days before check-in, 50% refund
If you cancel less than 15 days from check-in, no refund.

Google nest doorbell at front door. Will record front door activity with motion.

We have installed an exterior security camera facing the driveway with flood lights for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video of the front door and driveway. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of this camera is grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.

To assist with the AirBNB ban on parties as well as our local noise ordinances, the Property is equipped with approved internal noise monitoring devices. These do not record audio, only monitor noise levels. If levels exceed those set by the City, you will receive a warning. Continued violations may lead to immediate termination of your stay without refund. These devices have also been able to protect our guests against incorrect reports of noise issues.
