Welcome to Ocean Creek Haus! Our home is newly renovated and situated on a hill two blocks from the ocean, providing ocean views. Relax on the deck listening to our babbling creek with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Cozy up next to panoramic windows in the living room and watch the endless ocean waves. Or enjoy the sand between your toes as you relax on the beach! More photos to come!THIS WONDERFUL HOME IS BACK. Relax on our wraparound front deck with seating that faces the ocean to watch a beautiful sunset over the water. Enjoy sounds of the babbling creek that runs alongside of the house. Inside, the spacious living room has high ceilings and a comfy leather sofa with plenty of seating to provide the same amazing views of endless ocean waves through large panoramic windows. After dark, enjoy a movie on the large screen smart TV with our high-speed internet or pick out a board game for some competitive fun.
Head to bed in our main bedroom with a King-sized memory foam mattress and a smart TV. A second large bedroom has a Queen-sized comfy bed and a smart TV. A full bath with tub/shower is directly adjacent to these rooms, equipped with all your needs including shampoo, soap, fluffy linens, and hairdryer. Downstairs we have a private ensuite bedroom with both Full-sized and Twin-sized beds, smart TV, and attached full bathroom with shower.
In the morning, grab a mug and enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee from our coffee station and help yourself to a kitchen fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, microwave, air fryer, and toaster oven for meal prep. A large dining table seats all of your hungry group.
A babbling creek runs along the side of the home providing a relaxing backdrop of sounds to enjoy while sitting on the deck and enjoying your morning cup of coffee. The 25-ft covered deck wraps around the front and side of the house with plenty of seating. A grove of alders surrounds the back and provides quiet close-in privacy.

We require a $300 security deposit at booking that is completely and promptly refundable after checkout. The refund is dependent upon all guests in the group honoring all house rules and will be initiated promptly after check-out after all payments have cleared and any needed resolutions made. Our hopes and intentions are to quickly provide a FULL deposit refund because the stay went smoothly.
QUIET HOURS: 9 PM - 7 AM per Lincoln City regulations
SMOKING - No smoking of any substance is permitted in the house or on the property. Immediate cancellation without refund as well as a $250 fee for extra cleaning will be assessed.
PARTIES - Local rental rules enforce a strict No-Parties policy and prohibit having additional unregistered guests without prior explicit permission from the host and qualifies as a party. Having parties, events or large gatherings will result in a no refund immediate cancelation as well as a $400 penalty fee. Damages and additional cleaning fees will be withheld from the booking deposit.
GUESTS - Unregistered extra guests are not allowed per Lincoln City vacation rental regulations and will lead to an unrefundable reservation cancellation.
WIFI/DOORBELL - Please do not cover, disable or alter the internet router, video doorbell, or exterior floodlight camera in any way. This will incur a $150 fee. There are no interior cameras and we do not monitor exterior cameras after you have arrived except for safety purposes only and for ensuring adherence to city occupancy rules.
SAFETY - Anytime guests leave the house they must ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage.

50% of initial payment is due at the time of booking. The rest of the payment is due 30 days prior to check-in. If your booking is less than 30 days from check-in, the full payment is due at the time of booking.
