We are building the World’s First Museinn (museum + inn), called The Oasis on Eisenhower! Come sleep surrounded by art and history in the first home built on the west side of Loveland – an orphanage-turned-boutique-inn. While all rooms are complete and ready for your enjoyment, some common areas are still being upgraded, updated and/or renovated for your future pleasure. Our newest addition is a 19’ swim spa (combination hot tub and therapy pool).

Nestled in the heart of the Loveland business district, this private lot allows you to enjoy the quiet Colorado experience while being feet away from nationally-known eateries and local dining gems. As the first home built on the west side of Loveland in the early 1900s, our place has seen the city grow around it. Shopping, groceries, and Loveland’s revitalized downtown are all within minutes, and you’re just a short drive to the wonders of Estes Park (45 minutes), Rocky Mountain National Park (55 minutes), and Fort Collins/Colorado State University (15-20 minutes).

Your room features a custom-made vanity sink. You also have access to two shared, full bathrooms (one right outside your door). The custom-made TV stand rotates 360-degrees, allowing convenient television viewing throughout the room. Your fully-stocked kitchenette features a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, electric kettle, Keurig machine with K-cups, dishes, flatware, and basic kitchen necessities.

Downstairs, the shared kitchen offers comfortable eat-in dining, an electric range & oven, and access to the covered back porch and serene backyard. Lounge on the settee in the shared lobby, right next to Elvis Presley. Kick back to read a book, play the antique piano, or visit with other guests.
