Welcome to Oasis Casita, your charming Southwest modern luxury retreat! Thoughtfully decorated to immerse you in the local flavors of Tucson, this cozy guest house is designed for a luxurious, bespoke experience - all while soaking up the desert landscape and gorgeous mountain views.

Nestled on 4 desert acres, this peaceful property is the perfect spot for adventurers who want a gorgeous spot to relax after exploring the Old Pueblo during the day. Perfect for the solo traveler or a couple.

While we're new to VRBO, we have been hosting since 2017 with hundreds of 5* reviews for our luxe vacation rentals in NW Tucson and Catalina Foothills area. We're natives to the Tucson area and love to share our amazing city with guests. We’re locally owned and operated and have a deep love for Tucson, which is why we have incorporated much of the local flavor into our design. This modern Southwestern style guest house gives you a luxury experience you won’t forget.

This comfortable 400 square-foot, fully-furnished casita provides a well stocked kitchen with full size appliances easy for cooking or reheating leftovers. To help get your day started, we provide a starter supply of organic coffee, half & half, and multiple ways to brew your perfect cup of joe.

After a day in the desert sun, refresh yourself in our spa-like bathroom. Recently remodeled, it features custom hand-painted tile from both Fireclay and local artist Carly Quinn Designs. We’ve prioritized quality sleep with the new plush Helix Midnight Luxe mattress that offers medium firm support. Plus, the luxe eucalyptus sateen sheets from Sijo, assortment of quality pillows, a white noise machine, and blackout cellular blinds will help provide a restful sleep so you feel recharged and refreshed.

Shared with your (awesome) hosts, enjoy a spacious yard with two relaxing Brazilian-style hammocks, a chiminea, sectional sofa with lounger, a fire pit with seating and MORE!

BRAND NEW HOT TUB: Shared with your hosts, the hot tub is available for guest use. A few things to note:
• Everyone MUST shower before entering the hot tub to maintain cleanliness
• Hours of use are between 8am - 10pm
• If rules are not followed and the hot tub has to be emptied and refilled due to cloudiness or debris, a $150 charge will apply

We have a thorough cleaning protocol to ensure all surfaces are sanitized and use unscented cleaning products. We're also eco friendly and provide personal care and cleaning products from Public Goods for our guests to use. Eco features include recycling, dual-flush toilet, energy-efficient LED lighting, and a sink water filter so you can get great quality water straight from the tap. Don't forget to pack a reusable water bottle!

GUEST ACCESS
You’ll have the entire guest house, shared backyard, and a dedicated parking spot.
OUTDOOR KITCHEN: The oven, sink, and prep area are available for guest use. The grill is not available for guest use.
POOL: The pool itself is not included as part of the listing; however, you may use the loungers and umbrellas by the pool.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
MID-STAY CLEANING: For stays of 14+ days, a mid-stay professional cleaning will be included at no additional charge (because no one wants to clean toilets on their vacay!). We can schedule a time when you'll be out adventuring.
CABLE TV: We use the Philo app for guests to stream cable channels and do not have a “traditional” cable provider. Please check their website for channel availability if you have a specific need.
FIRE PIT AND CHIMINEA: We have a wood-burning fire pit and a separate chiminea; however, we do NOT provide wood. If you’d like to use it, please let us know ahead of time so we can check on the current fire warnings for our area.
GOLF: Let us know in advance if you’d like to use the golf driving range — we’re happy to set up the net for you!
WASHER/DRYER: This is a small, all-in-one European-style unit (1-2 outfits per load). We provide unscented detergent and fabric softener.
