Welcome to “The Flat” at Petworth Manor - a private, newly renovated, high-ceiling guesthouse with all of the spacious and calming home-like feel. Separate from my home upstairs, this guesthouse combines privacy, style, and convenience to nearby shops and restaurants. Features a full kitchen (though I encourage you to try the incredible DC restaurants), modern open-concept kitchen and living room, newly laid floors, luxury bathroom with carrara tile, high-speed internet, and plenty of space!

The following House Rules enable us to create a safe, considerate, and healthy environment for you and all of our future guests! Please read and acknowledge before booking:

-No extra guests on the property except for those who have had IDs provided to the host in a booking message for liability purposes. Grounds for immediate cancellation if breached
-Please remove shoes at the door and leave at the mat/tray to preserve the floors and sanitation
-Quiet hours 10pm-7am - we like our neighbors, and want to be considerate of them
-No parties
-No candles or incense burning allowed on property
-No smoking, no substances in premises
-No hair dying on the property
-Do not tamper with owner closets - only spaces advertised are for guest use.

Payment Policy

Direct payments are best, to avoid fees. However, should you decide to use credit card as payment, charge fees apply due to its service

Refundable Damage Deposit

Please abide by the House Rules to respect this sanctuary we have created. If our systems and property are respected and no damages are made, the full security deposit will be returned once verified. Thank you so much!

Cancellation Policy

We love being able to plan for our guests to create a wonderful experience here to the DC area - in order to do so, we work to have as minimal interruptions by honoring booking dates and have a non-cancellation policy. Please let me know if your visit is for a birthday, anniversary, engagement, visiting family, etc. as I will be able to provide best suggestions and work to make your stay wonderful!
