This charming 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom canal-front Villa is the place to be for your next vacation! Stay Anchored is located minutes from Sombrero Beach. Enjoy the breathtaking sunsets on the first-floor balcony and enjoy the warm mid-day sun while relaxing by the private heated or chilled pool. Cook your favorite catch on the grill and enjoy each others company while playing a game of cornhole.

Our home is 1800 SQ FT and comes with everything you need! All bed and bath linens are provided as well as pool towels. The full-size kitchen that includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops will provide the perfect area for entertaining and cooking up your fresh catch! You will also find all the cookware, dinnerware, glassware, cooking utensils, and extras in the kitchen just like your own home! The beachy decor and furnishings will provide a relaxing atmosphere for you to unwind and enjoy an amazing vacation. We will also provide a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish soap, and bathroom toiletries. Depending on the length of your stay you might want to bring additional supplies because you won't want to leave. We are located within a short walk, bike, or car ride to a pharmacy, supermarket, and world-class restaurants.

Boaters and fishermen alike will enjoy the 30' dock that can accommodate up to a 35' vessel, with water, power, bait freezer, and fish cleaning table. Includes plenty of off-street parking for your boat trailer. It is a short 15-min. boat ride to the Atlantic and Gulf(bayside) for fishing and diving at all the hot spots, or enjoy sunsets at 7-Mile bridge via boat. A short drive over the 7-mile bridge to the beach and views of Bahia Honda State Park or a little over an hour continue south to spend the day in Key West.

We provide a safe and comfortable experience for you. This home away from home utilizes smart technology that includes a Nest thermostat, smart switches, automatic outdoor lighting, and pin-pad locking devices.
*This home does have 3 outdoor security cameras.

We take cleaning our property seriously and follow all CDC guidelines to ensure a fresh property when you arrive. We clean all high-touch surfaces(doorknobs, switches, countertops, etc.) with disinfectant. All towels and bedding washed in hot water. Check-in and check-out with no person-to-person contact with a smart lock programmed to your personalized code.

In the event, there is evidence of a guest smoking in the home it will result in immediate eviction and forfeit of the refundable security deposit with no refund of any kind if there are days remaining left of the renters' stay. Parking Included

Plenty of parking on the premise with availability to park up to 2 vehicles under the house (6'5" max height), and 4 vehicles/boat trailer(40') on site. We do have overhead utilities running aside of the street at a height of 13'6ft. Street parking is prohibited. All vehicles parking must be approved by the owner at signing of rental agreement.

We are asking for you to return the house in the condition in which you arrived. We understand that things happen, but we are asking you to be honest with us and let us know before you check out so that we can take care of it. Communication is key.

This is a friendly family neighborhood and house rules will be posted in the house for reading and provided to the primary renter at the time of reservation. No parties are permitted. Quiet time in Marathon begins at 10 pm. Garbage removal dates, contact information will also be provided should there be a problem with the rental.

We require the collection of the refundable security deposit within 48 hrs of requesting and confirming your stay, along with completion and agreement to our rental agreement within 5 days of confirming the reservation.

Payment Policy

A refundable security deposit is used to reserve the dates of your stay and will be refunded minus any damages or additional costs incurred during your stay. The refundable security deposit is due within 24hrs of request and the refund is initiated up to 14 days after your stay.

We must have a completed and signed contract within 5 days of a confirmed reservation. Payment is due 60 days before your stay. There will be an administration fee of 3% per reservation.

Refundable Damage Deposit

A refundable security deposit is used to reserve the dates of your stay and will be refunded minus any damages or additional costs incurred during your stay. The refundable security deposit is due within 24hrs of request and the refund is initiated up to 15 days after your stay. Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled 60 days before the arrival date.
