NEW CONSTRUCTION - Oceanside - Direct Beach Access - Corolla

All guests are required to review all house rules before booking. Booking a reservation indicates that all guests in your party acknowledge that they have read the rules and will abide by them.
- Do not exceed the occupancy limit of 4 persons. If you do, you will be liable for any damage that occurs from overuse by too many people.
- We rent to adults only. At least one person must be 25 years old or more and must be present during the entire stay at the house.
- Please do not set the air conditioning to less than 72 degrees. The unit can freeze up in those situations.
- Please do not move furniture.
- If you will be bringing 1-2 housebroken, well behaved dogs, you must indicate that on your inquiry. The quote will then include an extra amount of $100 per stay. Pet fee is one flat fee, not per animal.
- Please treat the house as you would your own. We are not in any major rental company program. Our housekeeper reports to us immediately after you check out, as to the status of the house. We expect her to have to clean the house, but not spend 6 hours cleaning frantically trying to get the house in shape for the next guests.
- Nothing can be dropped off in the house until the cleaner is done.
- We assume no liability for bike or wheelchair use.
