This private 1BR English basement unit is the perfect haven to relax and unwind after a long and eventful day, providing everything you need to be comfortable and productive during your next trip to DC.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed with a new memory foam mattress, new bedding and a desk for you to set up your laptop. Complimentary toiletries and fresh clean towels are provided. Additional towels, linens or bedding are available upon request for the pull-out couch in the living room.

The newly installed kitchenette has sink, refrigerator, a brand-new toaster oven, microwave and burner plus an electric kettle, coffee machine and a French press.

Fast WiFi, Roku TV, large flat-screen TV, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, washer/dryer upon request for a small fee, outdoor patio space, deck with table and chairs and large landscaped and fenced yard.

If you plan on having a car with you during your stay there is ample street parking in front but you are also welcome to use the driveway for off-street parking as I do not park my car in the garage (too big!).

The downstairs unit is self-contained and has its own entrance and access to the yard, patio and deck. It has a kitchen with all you need to cook a meal, although there is no large over (toaster oven is provided).
