-Sleeps 14 guests in beds. Rollaway beds can be added to accommodate more guests (2 max)
-16 Standard occupancy and 18 maximum occupancy. Any guests exceeding the standard occupancy will be charged an additional guest fee

o    A signed rental agreement within 48 hrs of booking is required to book this home
o    At time of booking, We will need to collect an ID and credit card to place on file through our system outside of
o HomeAway/VRBO for incidentals. That is mandatory for us to accept  rentals using 3rd party websites like HomeAway/VRBO
o    We do not charge a security deposit and instead we hold a CC to place on file just like a hotel.
o    We will also ask for ID and the CC used at time of booking to be present at time of check in, just like a hotel.
o    Occupancy is limited to (max occupancy), any additional guest will be charged at $250/person/day
o    No Bachelor Parties, Weddings or Other Events
o    No loud noise after 9pm. Violation could result in removal without refund.
o    Cancellation of a reservation will result in a loss of all rents paid. Reservations are Non-Refundable
