This bright corner unit features a spacious main floor, perfect for entertaining or relaxing by the electric fireplace after a day of adventure.

The fully equipped kitchen includes pots, pans, cutlery, and everything you need to prepare your favorite meals (please bring your own food and condiments).

The living room offers a Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, and cable, ensuring endless entertainment.

The bedroom includes a queen bed with ensuite bathroom, TV, and ample storage space in both the closet and dresser.

Outside:
Step out onto the private patio to enjoy stunning Grotto Mountain views and a green space perfect for kids or pets to play.

Take a peaceful stroll through the surrounding walking trails, or walk just 5 minutes to Pigeon Creek and the Bow River for some fresh mountain air.

~Quiet time is 10 pm - 8am. Please be respectful of your neighbor's and our home!
~This is a non-smoking unit. Please no smoking or vaping (tobacco or cannabis) in the unit or anywhere near the common areas (hot tub, firepits, etc.) Damage deposit will be forfeited.
~This is a pet friendly unit! Please keep pets off all furniture. Dogs must be crated if being left alone for a reasonable amount of time. Please don't leave your dog alone all day as barking may disturb the other guests. Check the binder in the condo on places you can keep your dogs during the day (must be up to date on all vaccinations in order to board them at facilities in town).
~Check in after 4:00 pm and checkout is before 11:00 am.
