CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS: - Check out by 10:00 AM - Prior to your departure, please tidy up the cabin by doing the following: - Remove all perishable items - Trash - leave in Entry Way on the lower level - Do not put trash anywhere except in the can provided (bear trash can is by or in garage) PUSH LID SHUT TIGHT -extra trash should stay in entry room - Load and start dishwasher - Strip linens from all used beds - Place all used linens and towels in a pile in bathroom. - Start a load of towels in wash - Turn off all lights - RETURN THERMOSTAT to 63 - Close and lock all windows and doors -pull shut tight and pull to lock, double check!!! - Additional fees will be imposed if the cabin is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it. - Additional $100 fee will be charged if the hot tub needs to be drained & cleaned after stay due to misuse. HOUSE RULES: - Fire Ban.
