A two-level townhouse with open floor plan. Great room connecting the living room, reading area, dinning room and kitchen enable to see everyone but each of you have your own space. Kitchen is fully stocked with essential home appliances and seasoning for a nice family meal. Second level has a large master room with soaking tub and shower, walk-in closet. Second full bathroom. Two other bedrooms and a laundry room where you find the washer and dryer.

Check In: 3PM - 1AM(next day)

Photo ID is required for guests 18 years or older. I will try my best to show you the house and check you in. If not I will send you the check in instruction by noon on your check in day.

Check Out: 11AM

Minimum age limit for renters: 21

House Rules

-You are welcome to park one car in the garage, one car outside the garage or one car just in front of the house. Do not park more than one car in front of the house
- All towels are new and for your to keep. If you plan to use your own, please let me know so I can refund you $120
- Electricity is cap at $90 a month, it is enough to cover Summer or Winter normal use, unless window or doors are open when A/C or central heat is on. Turn off A/C if no one in the house.
- It's a townhouse so there are shared wall, please keep the noise down after 9pm, quiet time is 10pm to 8am.
- if you have a dog, please keep her/him on leash at all times. Do not let him/her peep on neighbors' grass and pick up after. Pet is not allowed on furniture.
- keep all the garbage and recycle bins inside the garage

Refundable Damage Deposit

Security deposit $1500 is for potential damage or missing item. Besides, electric cost is capped at $90 a month which is enough for Summer or Winter normal usage. Unless the windows or doors are open when the system is on. Remember to turn off A/C when no one at home.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking or at least 60 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.

Pets are not allowed on any furniture
Trash can and recycle bin need to be kept inside the garage
Each warning letter from HOA cost you $50
