Only 1 block away from park, coffee shop and restaurants. 2 miles away from downtown St. Louis. 5 miles away from SLU Hospital, BJC Hospital. Your brand new kitchen has microwave, coffee maker, mixer, plates and cooking necessities. Suite has desk, smart Tv with Netflix, linens, towels, toiletries provided. Wifi included, shared washer/dryer. Free street parking. Well behaved pets are welcome for a fee.
Stay in the most beautiful neighborhood in St. Louis! Lafayette Square Park is only 1 block away. Residential living with restaurants and coffee shop within walkable distance. Suite has shared backyard, which is perfect to have morning coffee or afternoon wine. 2 miles from downtown and very close to all attractions.

- Maximum occupancy is 2 adults + 2 children, there is queen size bed and sofa. I will provide play pen upon request. - $20 pet fee to be paid first day of stay. - No parties or events. - Smoking/vaping is not allowed inside. $200 fee applied if guest smoked inside the property. - Wash all used kitchen items (dishes, etc) by hand or put them in dishwasher and start the program before your departure. - Put all used lines, towels in washer and start the program before your departure.
