MINUTES TO GATLINBURG STRIP & OBER | DECK & POOL - Gatlinburg

Knotty Alpine Cove is close to all of your favorite spots; only 3 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, less than a mile from Ober Gatlinburg, and only 8 miles from downtown Pigeon Forge!

Although we are located on the ground floor, there are a few half flights of stairs from the parking lot to reach the front door.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. You will also find a fully stocked coffee/tea bar as you will not find a Starbucks at the top of the mountain! There is a washer and dryer available for use in the kitchen as well.

Dining
You will find a full sized table with seating for up to 6, along with a bar top with 3 additional seats.

Living
In the living area you will find a couch, two chairs, a Smart TV, a wood burning fireplace, and a cabinet full of games. Knotty Alpine Cove is equipped with high speed WiFi for all of your work/play needs.

Bedroom 1
The master bedroom has a King sized bed, along with attached master bathroom with walk in shower. There is a fan, hangers, luggage rack, and plastic hamper available for use stored in the closet. A Smart TV sits atop a full sized dresser.

Bedroom 2
The guest bedroom has a Queen sized bed, a fan, bench, hangers, luggage rack, and plastic hamper available for use stored in the closet. A Smart TV sits atop a full sized dresser. There is a pocket door that can close the bedroom and guest bathroom off from the main living area as well, to create a second master suite!

Sleeping
While there is a King & Queen in the unit, we do also provide an air mattress for guests up to 6 total.

Outdoor Living
There is a large deck at the rear of the condo, accessible from the Master bedroom and the main living area. There is a large grassy area beyond the deck, but please be aware that there are bears that roam the property at times. Please review the bear safety information here (https://www.nps.gov/grsm/learn/nature/black-bears.htm)
, and never feed the bears!

Parking
There is free parking available. Please remember to lock your car doors as these bears are particularly smart and have learned how to open car doors for a snack!

Guest Pool Access
You will have access to 3 pool areas during the summer season. Please abide by all pool rules. A $50 fee will be charged for lost pool passes. Pool towels not provided; please plan to bring your own if you plan on using the pool!

Other things to note
We suggest that you use your mobile phones navigation for directions to the condo. We have found that some of the vehicle navigations take you to the wrong address!

There are 2 audio/visual security cameras on the exterior of the property: One at the front door as a doorbell camera, and one on the rear deck facing outwards, for safety purposes only.

Please be aware that we are located in bear country 🐻 You may see bears around the condo property, so please practice bear safety (https://www.nps.gov/grsm/learn/nature/black-bears.htm)!

We do have routine pest control maintenance, but we are in the middle of the great outdoors and bugs can manage to get in through open doors at times.

Absolutely no smoking 🚭 and no pets 🐾 are allowed at Knotty Alpine Cove.

No parties/events allowed- guest is subject to additional fees/charges if parties/events occur.
