Home Description-
As you drive up the street and see the compound there are 2 driveways. Guests are welcome to park in both. We have plenty of room for 6 vehicles, boats or rv's. Entry to the main home is from the upper driveway. The first casita is to the left as you enter and has its own private entrance. The main home offers incredible views from the open kitchen and living area. The main home has 3 private bedrooms and a kids den (opt. 4th bedroom). Through the main home is the entrance to the upper pool table casita room. as you enter the casita doors you would go upstairs to the loft area (6th bedroom) or downstairs to the private office area. Outside we offer a heated (additional cost for heating pool is $25 per day) pool and spa with incredible lake views. To the right of the pool is the pool house and bar as well as a small room with pull out queen sleeper. Please read full description below for detailed information on each room.
CASITA 1 -
This is bedroom 1. This casita is located next to the entrance to the main home. It has its own private entrance. Inside it has a queen bed and a twin bunk bed. Full bathroom, kitchenette with mini fridge & coffee maker and walk in closet. This is the perfect room for a family with small children or older members looking for privacy and quiet.
MAIN HOUSE
MASTER BEDROOM-
Bedroom 2. This room offers amazing lake views, a King bed, Full size daybed with twin size trundle, tv and outdoor private sitting area. The grand bathroom features 2 sinks, 2 walk in closets, oversized soaker tub and massive walk in shower complete with 2 rainfall shower heads.

Bedroom 3. This room offers amaing lake views, queen bed and tv.

Loft/Bedroom 6- The adult playroom! Incredible views, Top of the line pool table, tv and lake viewing balcony. This room also comes complete with a full bar featuring a mini fridge, sink, dishwasher and microwave. This room also has a full size day bed with twin size trundle as well as a twin size sofa sleeper as well as a bathroom and shower.
PRIVATE OFFICE- This room is located downstairs from the loft area in the upper casita. Work hard, play hard. Private from noise and distraction this is the perfect place to take zoom calls or attend to private business matters while you are away.
POOL HOUSE
Most everyone's favorite part of the entire compound! The pool house is your own private restaurant and bar- literally! Roll top bar that is perfect for serving up cool drinks on hot days and the best views in town! Inside you will fing a full size commercial oven and stove, side by side fridge and plenty of counter space. There is also a full bathroom and small optional 7th bedroom with sofa sleeper. PLEASE NOTE- This room is very open and does not have A/C. Sleeping in here in the hot summer months may not be comfortable.

There are currently no discounts on summer rentals unless you are staying 5 or more nights. No exceptions.
No party’s or events! Home occupancy must not exceed the number of guests in reservation.
Leave pool skimmer in the pool at all times! If it is taken out during your stay & the motor blows up you will be responsible for replacing the entire system.
Do not set a/c below 72. This will cause damage to the system in the extreme heat during summer. Guests will also be charged an electricity surcharge if this rule is not followed.
No smoking! No smoking outside either. Any evidence of smoking on our property will result in an automatic forfeit of your security deposit.
No guests under 27 unless first verified with owner. This is a high end luxury rental & NOT a frat house!
No water balloons or confetti on property.
Excessive trash needs to be disposed of by guests. We have 2 large trash cans & 1 large recycle bin. If you have more trash from your stay than can fit in the bins you are responsible for the haul away. Excessive trash left by guests will incur additional cleaning charges.
Please be respectful of our neighbors and not loud music after 10:00 pm.
When using the outdoor commercial stove PLEASE wipe away grease & crumbs after each use. Leaving hardened food & grease will result in additional cleaning charges
