Completely renovated A Frame on secluded lot overlooking Shoals Creek . Enjoy morning coffee on the screened porch and evenings by the firepit. Great for 2 families with 3 full bath (one each level), 2 kitchens, game room and loft for the the kids.

We have an additional lake house next door if more space is needed for multiple groups.

Enjoy morning coffee on the screened porch and evenings by the firepit. Great for 2 families with 3 full bath (one each level), 2 kitchens, game room and loft for the the kids. The lower level contains a comfortable game room with TV for streaming, foosball table, game table and washers for outdoor play.

A long driveway and carport provide plenty of parking. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor that each have a queen size bed. The bedroom on the lower level has a king. The loft includes a full size with a twin trundle, a twin/twin trundle and a twin to sleep a total of 6.

The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials- pots, pans, utensils and dishes. There is both a Keurig and regular coffee pot. A gas grill is provided with grill utensils and sticks for roasting marshmallows at the fire pit.

This unique property contains narrow walkways and stairways. Unfortunately it is not friendly for guests that are mobility challenged. The house has not been "baby proofed". The stairs and various levels may be difficult with a toddler.
Boats can be put in at local boat ramps and parked at the top of the hill near the road of our secluded home. We do not advise pulling boat down the driveway. This home is conveniently located 15 min from Florence, AL.

We have an additional lake house next door if more space is needed for multiple groups.

Notes

The property has narrow walkways and staircases. It is not easily accessible to guests with limited mobility. The property has not been “baby proofed” and not toddler friendly. The pier is under repair and unsafe for use. The listing will be updated once the repairs are complete. There is a long narrow driveway but room to park a boat at the top of driveway near the road. It is a secluded dead end street.
