MiCasaEsTuCasa Benissa / Moraira is a fully airconditioned, attractively furnished, very spacious detached family villa (410 m2) in Benissa Costa / Moraira. Suitable for 12 guests, spread over 3 floors. Ideal for families and friends holidaying together, appreciating some privacy too from time to time.

Only 1 km drive to the international supermarket Pepe la Sal, a few minutes drive to lively Moraira. And both the golf course and the nearest beach - Baladrar - with a trendy beach bar, are only 1500 meters away.
Also Benissa, Calpe, Javea, Denia and Benidorm are at a short drive‘s distance. Looking for something more cosmopolitan ? Alicante and Valencia are both at an hour’s drive.

Upon arrival we will welcome you and show you around - and we have cool welcome drinks waiting for you in the fridge !

THE VILLA
Our luxurious three-storey villa is beautifully renovated. There are 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 fully equipped kitchens, a gas barbecue area, fitness area and a pingpong table. All rooms have airconditioning units and there's free fast (fiber optics) Wi-Fi access in and around the house. The villa is on a hillside, with wonderful views of the Mediterranean and Peñón de Ifach. Located in a quiet area, yet close to an abundance of restaurants and the international Pepe la Sal supermarket.

Each floor is spacious, with private entrance and private terraces, accommodating four guests. The top two floors are connected by lockable internal stairs. There are two double bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a safe per floor. The Top Floor and Second Floor both also have their own lounge.

There are flat screens with satellite TV (120 channels). The Top Floor is equipped with Apple TV and Onkyo stereo with Bose surround system. The Pool Apartment kitchen is fully equiped for 12; to enjoy shared meals on the terrace.

The upper floor has a spacious naya (porch) with comfortable sofas, a large dining table and stunning views.
The second floor has a sunroom with sliding doors and sliding windows, a dining table - and also stunning views.
The Pool Apartment is, as the name implies, on pool level. It has two double bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. One step from the apartment onto the pool terrace.

On request we can add one or two cots. And we have two highchairs available.

The south facing pool is 10x5 meters and very private. The garden is typically Mediterranean, with palms, oleanders and bougainvillea. The pool area is equipped with pool - and lounge furniture, and a dining table for 12. In the pool naya there's a luxury gas barbecue to prepare meat for 12, and an additional dining table for six. The lounge corner, naya's and large sun umbrellas provide some shade for when a respite from the sun is required.

Those guests who want to stay fit during the holidays can workout on the cross trainer, spin bike and weight bench and use the various dumbbells that you will find in the gym naya, overlooking the sea ... 'Keep fit with a view' ! In addition to the sports facilities there is a ping pong table.

MiCasa-Benissa is a 60-minutes' drive from Alicante Airport and 80 minutes from Valencia Airport. There are many car rentals at both airports.

BEACHES
Benissa Costa
The pebbly Baladrar cove is the closest to the villa (1500m). A lovely gate to the Mediterranean that stands out for the brightness, with pine trees leaning out towards the blue sea. There’s abundant sea life in its shallow and transparent waters. And Baladrar Beach Bar is a great find for drinks or meals with stunning views.
Fustera cove (5 kms / 10 minutes drive via the coastal road towards Calpe) is the busiest one. A sandy beach with the greatest number of facilities in addition to sports and children's recreation areas.
Other coves within 5 kms, rock/gravel, are Advocat, Els Pinets, La Llobella and Cap Blanc.

Moraira
Three sandy beaches, popular with families in Moraira (8 minutes drive).
Playa L'Ampolla at the edge of the village center, has a small playground and a nice pavilion for drinks and a bite to eat.
Playa El Portet - nestled in a bay, offering some small restaurants and terraces. At a very pretty 1500m walk from the town center along the seaside.
Playa l'Andrago is a 1500m walk in the opposite direction along the coastal road.
The many rocky coves, little bays and inlets, are the perfect recipe for attracting marine life and are frequented by snorkelers and scuba divers. The cove of Cap Blanc is one of these creeks where you can enjoy sun-bathing and at the same time water sports like fishing and diving.

MORAIRA
The village has everything a resort needs, including a marina, sailing school, professional diving center, supermarkets, restaurants in all price ranges, cafes, and many terraces. The beaches of Moraira were all awarded the blue flag of the EU.

Our area has a pleasant Mediterranean climate with hot dry summers, and temperatures are also quite pleasant during the rest of the year. Sunshine more than three hundred days a year for the greater part of the day and only about forty to fifty days precipitation. The pretty mild climate in the winter months is due to the relatively warm sea and the mountains west of the Costa Blanca that hold a lot of depressions and cold fronts. Because of this Moraira is very suitable as a destination to hibernate. The climate is considered one of the healthiest climates in the world by the World Health Organisation.

Getting around

MiCasa is a 60 minutes' drive from Alicante Airport and 75 minutes from Valencia Airport. There are many car rental companies at both airports.

House Rules
House Rules are stated in the Rental Agreement, as well as in the manual that'll be sent to you after we received the down payment.
Payment Policy
Deposit 30% of the total sum (minus the reservation deposit if booked and already paid online) within 5 days from the time of booking via bank account.
Final payment 70% at least 8 weeks before arrival.
Refundable breakage deposit: 8 weeks before arrival.
Refundable Damage Deposit
The rental rate includes gas, 10m3 water, 150 kWh electricity/week, pool maintenance, WiFi and sat TV. Electricity consumption > 150 kWh and water > 10 m3 will be settled with the deposit @ €0,35/kWh / €3/m3.
Cancellation Policy
ADAPTED CANCELLATION POLICY
We adapted our cancellation policy because of the Covid-19 situation, to
‘Full refund up until check-in’.
This adapted policy applies temporarily, and to Covid-19 related cancellations only. In other words : If formal Government travel restrictions or quarantine laws impact either the guest’s ability to leave their country or to enter Spain, they will be covered under this policy for the dates travel restrictions are applicable.
For all other cancellation reasons our non-refundable policy applies.

FINAL PAYMENT
Normally, our guests have to wire the final payment (70% of the total price)
8 weeks prior to check in. This final payment is now set to be done 14 days prior to check in (2 weeks).

RESCHEDULING AFTER YOUR FINAL PAYMENT
If you wish to reschedule your trip due to Covid-19 after making your final payment (so, within the last 14 days prior to check-in), you can do so without losing any money.* / **

Note:
*This only applies if there is a travel ban between your country and Spain or if your country’s Foreign Office (like the FCO in the UK) is advising “against all but essential travel” or “against all travel” to Spain.

**Be aware that if you reschedule to dates that are more expensive than your original holiday dates, you have to pay the price difference.
