Merry Mermaid Tree House - Bradenton Beach

HOUSE RULES:

Thank you for choosing the Merry Mermaid Tree House for your vacation. This is our family beach house that we love and cherish so we ask you to treat it like your own during your stay with us.

- Rule #1 - See every sunset!! ☺

- No smoking inside the home. Under age drinking and illegal drug use is not permitted anywhere on the property.

- No pets are allowed.

- No parties. Outdoor security cameras monitor actual guest count.

- Check-in: After 4:00 PM - Check-out: Before 10:00 AM

- Maximum number of guests is 10. Additional guests will be charged to the guest responsible for the reservation at a rate of $100 per person per night.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. This means no outside music and noise must be kept to a minimum as voices can carry in this quiet residential area.

- ALL garbage must be bagged before being placed in the garbage cans. This keeps the odor down and pests away.

- Prior to check out, please load and start the dishwasher, take out the trash, and be sure all windows are closed and latched and all entry/exit doors to the home are locked.

- While our home is for families and kids are encouraged to come, you are responsible to watch your kids. Kids should always be supervised by an adult while on the rooftop deck and AT ALL TIMES in the pool area.

- Please return any beach items used (chairs, toys, umbrella, wagon) to the storage bin prior to departure
