The adjacent beach park has tennis courts and is the perfect spot for swimming, snorkeling, windsurfing and kiting. Come and experience the quiet and peaceful ambiance of Maui Sunset. Watch the sunset amid the swaying palm trees and subtle evening lighting with gas tiki torches that illuminate the beautiful property.🌅

B107 is a ground floor 1 bedroom 2 bath, remote work friendly, condo with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, AC in the living room and bedroom, and ceiling fans throughout. There is a large 55" flat-screen Roku TV with HD cable channels in the living room, and a flat screen TV in the bedroom with HD cable channels. Sleeping: brand new queen sofa sleeper in living room and brand new queen size mattress in bedroom.

Did we mention remote work friendly? 💻 Our condo is outfitted so that you can be productive on the go. We have wi-fi throughout, desk with comfortable desk chair, printer, and more. You can even work right outside on your lanai to enjoy the Kihei weather while you work (talk about jealous co-workers on your next Zoom call!). Our condo is also close to local restaurants and coffee shops where you can also link up to the wi-fi and enjoy local cuisine and libations while you work.

Beautiful Waipu'ilani Beach (and amazing sunsets) are just steps from your lanai door! Shopping, restaurants and golf are minutes away. Swimming pool and other activities are just outside your lanai door.

We are Kathy and Leo. We have been coming to the Hawaiian islands for over 20 years. Although we have enjoyed other Hawaiian islands, we fell in love with Maui. From the time that we first visited Maui, we discussed the possibility of, someday, owning property on Maui and now we have finally achieved our dream.

As we love Maui, we love our Kihei Akahi condominium. We think you will love it too.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 3PM - Flexible

Our condo uses a keyless lock system. Every guest will have a unique 4 digit PIN assigned to them. PIN for lock is valid from 3 PM local time on day of arrival and expires at 10 AM local time on departure day. Early check in and check out may be available only if prearranged with Kathy & Leo (owners) in advance, provided there is no guest check in or guest check out that same day.

A copy of the House Rules are provided with the Short Term Rental Agreement.

Payment Policy

Terms of Reservation: 50% of total balance is due at the time of booking (deposit). The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Reservations not paid in full within 60 days of arrival are subject to cancellation. Refunds will be made in accordance with the cancellation policy below. Reservations with less than 60 days until arrival are due in full at time of booking. Failure to submit payments on time may result in cancellation of reservation without refund.

-50% deposit is due at time of booking.
-Full prepayment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
-All rates subject to Hawaii State Transient Accommodation Tax/General Excise Tax (14.42%).
-Reduced/Special rates are available for long term reservations (28+days).
-Maximum 2 person occupancy (includes children).
-The primary guest and owner of the reservation must be at least 24+ years of age on the day of check-in.
-Non Smoking Unit - NO exceptions, includes cigars, vaping, e-Cigarettes.

Cancellation Policy

One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $165.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
