Mas de Terrisse

Tastefully decorated old french farmhouse with a private (saltwater cleaned) pool . Fully renovated with large living room and kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Very suited for 2 or more families enjoying holidays together. On 4 hectare of land surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, but still close to the beautiful village of Cotignac (Var, Provence.

The house:
When entering the house you will find the livingroom (50m2) with a fireplace, elegantly decorated with local antique furniture and a large sofa. TV, Sonos music systeem and Wifi are available.
The large kitchen is fully equiped with an American fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, blender and various coffee machines (Nespresso, Senseo and filter).
On the groundfloor you will find 2 bedrooms:
- a large (double) bedroom (35m2)
- a smaller bedroom with 2 separate beds (12m2).
- A separate bathroom and 2 separate toilets.
On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms:
- the masterbedroom (20m2) with an adjoining bathroom (bath, shower, toilet)
- guestroom (15m2)
- large bedroom (20m2)
- separate bathroom and a toilet.

Outdoor:
The private pool is next to the house, where you have a marvelous view over the valley full with vineyards and olive trees. The pool is cleaned by salt which is less aggressive for your skin than chlore. A automatic pool shutter prevents small children from falling into the water.
For the children there is also a trampoline, table tennis and a swing.
Around the house there are several terraces where you can either sit in or out of the sun; like the comfortable lounge area or the shaded terrace in front of the house, where you have a marvelous view.

Mosquito free
In order to not be disturbed by mosquitoes, we have installed a Biobelt system that frees our garden and pool area from mosquitoes. This system works incredibly well (you might encounter an occational mosquito that got lost, but not more than that).

Cotignac
Cotignac is situated at 4 km of the house; a very vivid provincial village that is well known for its charming atmosphere.
Old houses built into the 200 meter high cliff are looking over the village. A nice place to hike and drink a delicious cup of coffee or a glass of wine under the old plane trees. Various restaurants are scattered around the square.

In the neighbourhood
- In an hour drive you will reach the beautiful beaches of St Tropez, Cannes, La Lavandou etc. (however, in the summer the roads to the beaches tend to be very crowded, so it might take some more time).
-Rafting, mountain climbing or even skiing in 2 1/2 hours drive
- Cities of Aix en Provence (1 hour), Marseille (1 hour) or Nice(1 1/2 hour) are nice daytrips.
