Enjoy reading a book or napping on the outdoor sofa in your screened area. The pool is kept at 88-90 degrees in the cooler months as long as guests put the cover on when not in use. Enjoy the salt pool which is much easier on your skin/hair. Bask in the loveliness of our tropically landscaped backyard. The inside has been decorated with tropical colors and a beachy theme. New 55 inch HD TV in living room. The kitchen and dining area have just undergone a total remodel (2019) including new white shaker cabinets and granite countertops. The beautiful beach is approx. a 4 1/2 minute walk. Enjoy the North end of Clearwater Beach in this residential area. No need to purchase DAMAGE INSURANCE as it is included in the cleaning fee so you are protected for up to $3000 of UNINTENTIONAL damage to the home. This is a licensed weekly rental with the City of Clearwater. NO animals or pets are allowed inside or on the property. NO smoking/vaping inside the home.
