The property is directly across the street from Kuttaw Marina which has a boat ramp and rents boats and wave runners. Hu-Bs restaurant and bar are part of this beautiful marina. Kuttawa Park is also across the street which includes lake beach, recreation area, sand volleyball net and lots more. Restaurants and other attractions are close by.
