Manor Farm-MK - Newton Longville

The Hayloft enjoys stunning, unobstructed countryside views on both floors and a private screed garden. Downstairs, guests enjoy an open plan arrangement and benefit from a fully equipped kitchen with bar area, dishwasher, fan oven, halogen hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, Dualit kettle and toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and comprehensive array of kitchen utensils. There is also a dining/working table, large leather two seater sofa and smart tv. The spacious ground floor bathroom boasts a large walk-in shower, heated towel rail, twin wash basins and loo. Upstairs the kingsize bed takes advantage of the views yet also enjoys a smart tv, full length mirror and dressing table. Decor throughout is 'industrial retro'.

The Old Office is our first and most spacious studio. Converted in 2012 it has been stylishly renovated into a self-contained unit that offers a peaceful ambience in which to work and relax. Designed specifically with the busy executive in mind, the studio boasts a kitchenette area, kettle, toaster, Nespresso maker, microwave and full size larder fridge. There is a spacious shower room with large, walk-in contemporary raindrop shower and separate cloakroom with small hand basin. A wooden table allows guests to work and eat in comfort, while a relaxing leather sofa offers opportunity to sit and appreciate the aged beams.

The Stables boasts character features and retro furnishings, complemented by a contemporary shower room and discrete kitchenette area. There are additional home-comforts to ensure guests have a relaxing stay: kingsize bed, leather sofa, smart tv, Nespresso machine, combi-microwave, Dualit kettle and toaster.

Although slightly smaller than our other studios, The Cottle offers the same comfortable home from home experience as our other rooms. There is a double bed with deep mattress, separate wardrobe, leather armchair, smart tv and antique table and chairs. A purpose built dresser neatly hides a stianless steel sink, kettle, toaster, Nespresso maker, larder fridge and microwave.
