The bungalow it self is tiny, about 200 sq ft and a small front porch but includes a bedroom with a queen size bed with adjustable base and a full bath. A cute little dining table for two.
We live with our grandkids on property. The bungalow It is a private space 100 feet from the main house, sits on 3 acre and accommodates 2 Guests. We have 2 dogs, guinea fowl and chickens/roosters.
The spring is not in the property.
We have plenty of space for you to bring your canoes, kayaks, boat, etc.After boating, fishing, diving or swimming by the day, enjoy the grill and fire pit, stargazing by night and listen to the animals and you might even see some deers.
