You know you want to be Makin’ Memories while staying at this beautiful 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home located in the Corolla Light Resort! Our home is a few steps from the Sound and a short 10-minute walk to the ocean!

Our home features 3 Master bedrooms each with its own bathroom and 1 queen bedroom and 1 kids' room with a pyramid bunk sharing a full hall bath. Each of the bedrooms has its own private access to the gorgeous deck! There are 2 floors of decking with lots of space to enjoy the sunshine and relax with a nice book or work on your tan! The ground floor of the home also features a second living space with large screen tv and a pullout sofa bed as well.

In the backyard, you can relax in the private pool and hot tub, especially on days when the beach gets a little crowded, or if you want to be in the water after it gets dark.

Our kitchen is stocked with dishes, silverware, and most of the common kitchen appliances. Although The Outer Banks, and specifically Corolla, have many exquisite and delicious dining opportunities, we think you can also make wonderful memories cooking meals in your “home away from home”. Also, if you enjoy eating outside, there’s also a screened-in porch with a dining table right off of the kitchen.

Other features include a full-size washer and dryer, an outdoor storage closet with beach gear, as well as an outdoor grill for your vacation barbecue!

JUST INSTALLED!! We now have a NEMA 14-50 outlet installed in the carport (see pictures) so drive down to the beach in your electric vehicle and bring your own portable level 2 car charger and you can keep your car charged during your stay!!

THE RESORT is filled with endless community amenities including four oceanfront pools, basketball, volleyball, tennis, and pickleball courts. You can play shuffleboard, horseshoes, and there’s even a putting green. The house is steps away from the Indoor Sports Center equipped with an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, weight room, exercise equipment, indoor tennis and racquetball courts. Also make sure to enjoy a nice meal at the resort’s own restaurant, The Oceanfront Grill! The community also features a trolley for convenient travel to and from the resort amenities.

***NOTICE FROM COROLLA LIGHT - The indoor pool and hot tub will be closed for extensive repairs beginning on 3/1/2023. While the exact length of the closure is unknown, we anticipate that the indoor pool and hot tub will be closed at least through the end of 2023. The Sports Center indoor tennis, saunas, racquetball, ping pong, and fitness rooms will remain open.***

The house is situated next to a lighted biking trail that will give you miles of exercise opportunities.

The resort is conveniently located near the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, Whalehead Club, Heritage Park and the village of Corolla, and the Corolla Light Town Center.

Your rental will provide 12 wristbands to allow you full access to the resort amenities.

In addition, Corolla Light Resort owners and guests receive preferred golf rates at The Currituck Club, The Pointe Golf Club, Carolina Club, and Sea Scape Golf Links!
