In the picturesque village of Sauze d'Oulx, this comfortable and cosy apartment is the ideal ski base!

Located within walking distance of the village centre and the stunning Via Lattea ski slopes, the mountain-view studio apartment easily accommodates 3 people. The apartment is on the 11th floor of a building serviced conveniently by a lift. A splendid view of all the mountains in the area makes this getaway a perfect little gem for alpine skiers in winter or hiking enthusiasts in the summer months. A ski room and central heating are available for your convenience.

The flat offers guests an area with a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwashers, microwave and Nespresso machine. Its retro-style tiled bathroom is equipped with a WC, bidet and bathtub with shower. In the warm and almost entirely wooden living room, there is a dining table with seating for four and a small sofa in a cosy area under the sleeping area. The staircase to the mezzanine leads to the sleeping area, which has a double and a single bed.

Our guests can purchase SkiPasses for the ViaLattea ski area directly in our Happy.Rentals office in Sestriere.

There is a double bed and a single bed inside the apartment. An extra single bed of 1.80m is also available and is suitable only for a child.

Please note that the guests will be charged €5 per day to cover heating costs till 30 May. In addition, guests at this property can take advantage of a discount at a local sports shop to rent their own equipment and directions to the sports shop can be found directly in the flat.

Sauze is considered one of the most accessible ski resorts, providing easy access to the 400 km network of powdery Via Lattea fields, perfect for cross-country skiing as Sauze connects to Montgenèvre in France. For those coming with children, the resort offers a beautiful hiking area and an adventure park. One of the most recommended routes is from Sauze to Lake Laune, with breathtaking views that make up for the 3-4 hour walk.

For party lovers, this is the perfect alpine destination. Plus, Sauze is an excellent starting point to enjoy carefree access to five more amazing ski resorts in the Milky Way ski slopes. In fact, the Sportinia chairlift is just a 10- minute walk from here and connects to other resorts of the Milky Way making this holiday apartment a great ski base. The nearest international airport is Turin, about 70 minute drive from this holiday home in Sauze d' Oulx.
