Luxury Vacation Home With Themed Rooms - Loughman

The following rules are set by the homeowners and the insurance company to avoid any incidents that may cause unpleasant experiences for our upcoming guests. Violators will be held accountable in case of any damages and charged additional fees.

- Neighborhood quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM (Rule set by the HOA).
- No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the house (an additional cleaning fee will be applied if a smoke odor is identified within the home).
- No pets are allowed, service animals are accepted with proper documentation.
- No unapproved overnight guest. An additional fee will be applied if an additional guest is not registered.
- Please clean the pots, pans, and grill after cooking heavy meals (The cleaning fee only covers laundry and a standard cleaning routine).
- Please place garbage in bags before putting it in the trash bin.
- Please do not damage or stain towels by removing makeup (we have provided complimentary makeup removal wipes for that specific purpose), do not use them to wipe the floor or the kitchen, etc.
- Lock all windows and doors when not in the home.
- NO outdoor shoes on carpeted areas.
- NO food or drinks in carpeted areas.
- Please keep all windows and doors (including the patio door) closed when the air conditioning is on. If the pool back door is left open the AC will automatically shut off till the door is closed.
- Accidents happen so please disclose any damages before check-out so that we can fix them before the next guests.
- Check-in is at 4 pm. and Check out is at 10 am. If an early or late check out is needed please notify with enough notice to arrange an extension if possible so you can have a more comfortable stay.

Pool Rules
- ABSOLUTELY NO unsupervised children in the pool area.
- No glass or bottles in the pool area. Plastic cups are provided.
- No diving into the pool.

Bunk Bed Rules
- NO child under the age of 6 years old is allowed on the top bunk
- NO horseplay while on the top bunk.
- Limit 160 lb on the top bunk.

And finally the #1 rule. Have fun and please respect the home and neighbors.

Security
The home is equipped with three security cameras. The first is doorbell camera located at the front door, the second is on the front of the house overlooking the parking lot and the front of the home, the third is in the rear of the home overlooking the rear door.
