Security Deposit Policy
Amount: A security deposit of $250 is required for all bookings. This deposit ensures that our property and its contents remain in the condition they were at the beginning of your stay.
Conditions for Full Refund:
1. The security deposit will be fully refunded on the day of checkout provided there has been no damage to furniture, cabinets, appliances, or other household items within the apartment.
2. Minor incidents, such as a single broken glass or a stained towel/sheet, will not result in a deduction from the security deposit.
Damages Incurring Fees:
1. Significant damages will result in a fee, the amount of which will be determined based on the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item.
2. In the event of such damages, only the difference (total deposit minus repair/replacement fee) will be refunded to the guest.
Process:
1. An inspection will be carried out on the day of checkout to assess the condition of the property.
2. If everything is in order, the full security deposit will be refunded promptly.
3. If damages are noted, a detailed breakdown of the costs will be provided to the guest. The remaining amount, after deducting repair/replacement fees, will be refunded.

By making a booking, guests agree to this security deposit policy. We aim to maintain a high-quality experience for all our guests and appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping our apartment in great condition.

1. Full Refund: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund of the booking amount if the cancellation is made at least 5 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
2. Within 5 Days: Any cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund.
3. No-shows: If a guest does not show up on the day of the scheduled check-in and has not communicated any changes, the reservation will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.
4. Early Departures: If a guest decides to leave before their check-out date, no refund will be issued for the remaining days.
5. Modifications: If you need to modify your reservation, such as changing the check-in or check-out date, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but it is subject to availability and the terms of this cancellation policy.
6. Communication: All cancellations or modifications must be communicated in writing via email or through the platform where the booking was made. Please ensure you receive a confirmation of your cancellation to ensure the process has been completed.
7. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond either party’s control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed travel bans, we will work with our guests on a case-by-case basis to find a fair solution.
8. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 1 business day of receiving the cancellation request and will be returned via the original method of payment.
