The space

This is a Penthouse in luxury development Vaiven del Mar in Playacar Fase 2. As such you have access to all the development has to offer, as well as your private solarium Roof Terrace with a hot tub, dining table and Bose Audio System.

Some of the amenities the condo offers:
- DAILY CLEANING SERVICE - This is a light cleaning service (ie. making beds, cleaning dirty dishes, etc.) that will make a huge difference to your vacation as you wont have to worry about the small stuff and can enjoy your time with your family. There is no extra charge for this.
- Fully appointed kitchen with everything you need to cook / serve 6 to 8 people

- 3 Large Flatscreen TVs (living area, master bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms)

- High end Bose centralized audio system (with two independent amps so you can have your tunes going on in the rooftop chillin in the hot tub while mixing it up in the living room)

- 6 Px dining table in roof terrace so you can dine 'al fresco'

- Beautiful landscaped common areas (an interesting side note - most of the trees of the common areas are original jungle trees which the developers didint touch while they were building and designed the development around them)

Interaction with guests

We will welcome you to the apartment, explain how everything works, show you all the cool features (ie. how the high end audio system works, netflix, wi-fi, etc.) tell you about the area, provide recommendations on eating out, tours, local info on the best beaches, etc.

We can also recommend a professional nanny service (which we use for our kids) who are fully bilingual.
Finally, we can recommend for you a fantastic private chef, either for the duration of your stay or for a single romantic dinner in the rooftop terrace (advance reservations are recommended).

Other things to note

I'm a kitesurfer, if you kite I will show you all the local spots, provide advice on what gear to bring, windy season, etc.
We also love eating out and exploring the vast Riviera Maya and can give you our take on the best spots to visit.
