House Rules Absolutely no smoking. No extra overnight guests that haven't been disclosed when you rent. We hope you relax and enjoy your stay, but we do expect you to treat this like your own home. This is not a hotel room, this is our home. • Check-in anytime after 4:00 PM/ checkout by 10:00 AM • No parties or events • Small dogs allowed under 50lbs. for extra fee of $300 per dog • No smoking Rental Rules 1. Smoking is NOT allowed on the property. Any violation of non-smoking policy will result in the loss of security deposit. 2. People other than those in the Guest party disclosed upon reservation may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. 4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Do not move/relocate any furniture pieces or home furnishings. Do not move, disconnect or otherwise tamper with home electronics such as TV's, streaming devices, DVD players or cable boxes. Evidence of moving, tampering with or altering of electronic equipment could result in forfeiture of security deposit. Keep all other contents of the property on the premises at all times (with the exception of beach towels, cooler, umbrella). 5. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Housekeeping: There is NO daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens aside from beach towels to be taken from the property. 7. Water and Sewer: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. 8. Inclement Weather: No refunds/cancellations will be granted based on weather 9. Please leave all ski boots and snow shoes in the entry area at the top floor of the home. 10.Please do not leave any food outside or in your car. Vail is home to black bears who will come out in search of food. 11.Please do not leave any food out overnight or uncleaned dishes in sink overnight. This is yet another preventative measure to avoid attracting bears and other wildlife. 12.Please keep the garage door as well as all outside doors closed at all times to avoid wildlife intrusion. 13.No sledding on the property. Unforeseen objects, trees, or icy surfaces are extremely hazardous 14.Please take good care of our home and please keep all dogs off of the furniture as much as possible.
