Logging Out Cabin - Sevierville

By confirming your booking you agree to adhere to the Rental Rules set forth in this listing. Check in time is 4:00 PM, and check out time is 10:00 AM. No early check-in or late check-out. Before you leave, we ask that the items below be completed to help our housekeeper quickly prepare for the next guest: 1. Please empty the refrigerator and take all trash outside to the bear proof receptacle. 2. Please load all dirty dishes into the dishwasher and run it. 3. Please place dirty towels in the bathroom. 4. Please keep all sheets, blankets and quilts on the beds - our housekeeper will take care of stripping beds. Please do not run the fireplace and the air conditioner at the same time. Please do not have the air conditioner on and the windows open. The hot tub should be set no lower than 98 or more than 104 degrees at all times. We have stocked the cabin with many items including start-up supplies. However, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay. We appreciate that our guests take good care of the home we have set up, and we do ask that you use only what you need during your stay. We require all guests to agree to the rental agreement. The rental agreement is as follows: RENTAL RULES 1. Smoking is NOT allowed and Illegal drugs of any kind are NOT permitted. 2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth in the on-line agreement may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to in the on-line itinerary. Any additional overnight guests over the occupancy limit (10) will be charged $50 per guest per night. 3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. No loud parties are permitted. 4. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order, removing any items from the cabin is not permitted. 6. Only use appliances for their intended uses 7. Pets are NOT allowed. 8. Parking: Vehicles should only be parked on the gravel. 9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Check Out is by 10:00 AM. Please place all used bath towels in the shower on the first floor. 10. Please lock all doors and windows upon departure. 11. Garbage: Any garbage must be bagged and placed in the bear-proof garbage receptacle, located near the driveway. 12. Hot Tub: Use at your own risk. No children under the age of 5. No children under the age of 12 without adult supervision. Please do not add soap, oil, etc. to the hot tub water. Do not set the temperature above 104 degrees. Leave the cover on when not in use. Do not sit, stand, or place anything heavy on the cover. 13. Fireplace: The fireplace is a non-vented propane gas log fired firebox. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace. 14. Fire Pit: Please refrain from throwing any trash in the fire pit and do not move it from its location. 15. Water and Septic: The cabin is on a well and septic systems. The mineral content in the water is high and the well water may have an odor. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $1000. 16. Storms: No refunds will be given for storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. We highly recommend a four-wheel drive vehicle during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions. 17. Any damage to any items in the cabin including couches, chairs, tables, TVs, foosball table, hot tub, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, etc, are the responsibility of the renter. Every item will be looked at before arrival and after departure. If you cause damage, notify the owner immediately. Booking through Airbnb assigns your consent to all listed under "House Rules". No smoking. No pets. No parties or events. Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM.
