Excellent central location, walking distance to the slopes of Beech Mountain Resort and downtown Beech Mountain's restaurants and shops and all the music events, arts and entertainment that will keep you busy. 500 feet to the Terrain Park to ski in and out, or a short 1/2 mile drive to the resort parking area.In the winter, skiing and snowboarding on Beech Mountain Resort is located only minutes from the unit. Beat the crowds, hit the slopes and terrain park, and be back home quickly for lunch or dinner when it's time for a break. There are many other winter activities including snow tubing and ice skating.
Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit full-size washer and dryer, 55" flat-screen TV with cable TV and Amazon Firestick, Google Home, and Bluetooth soundbar. Each bedroom has its own 32" HDTV with Amazon Firesticks. There is free high-speed WiFi with strong signals throughout. Cozy around the gas fireplace and enjoy the view, with a hot cup of cocoa. A private balcony with outdoor high top bar furniture, if it's not covered in fresh snow!
Guest and master bedrooms have queen-size beds for four adults. The home is provided with pillows, linens, blankets, comforters, towels, hand towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels, A cleaning service to clean the house and linens on your departure is invoiced. Beds will be made for Guests prior to arrival as part of the linen and cleaning service.
There will be hand soap, shampoo, body wash, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and other cleaning supplies under the sink, one roll of paper towels, and three rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. We also provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Salt and pepper, some basic cooking spices, coffee, and coffee filters are in the kitchen cabinets. Please bring your own creamer and sugar for coffee. We try to keep in stock other kitchen goods such as tin foil, Saran Wrap, Zip-Loc bags.

Find family fun at the Land of Oz theme park (check opening dates) and recreation at Buckeye Recreation Center with over 50 acres of developed parkland, almost 10 acres of lakes, over 28 miles of designated hiking and biking trails and a 23,000 square foot, state-of-the-art Recreation Center. Also, enjoy hiking and biking elsewhere close to the property on Beech Mountain's famous Emerald Outback.

To unlock the door to the home, enter the 4-digit code (the last four digits of the phone number of the main contact person on your reservation) on the electronic smart keypad deadbolt at the front door. This same code will be how you unlock and enter the unit each time. After your departure, the code is erased. To lock the door when you leave, press the "Schlage" brand button at the top of the smart lock. The green check mark will light, and you will hear the deadbolt slide closed. There is no physical key, except in case of emergency (such as failure of the keypad due to extreme cold or dead batteries). The emergency key is in a lockbox beneath the deck, and that code would be provided if needed. Please keep the front, sliding and side door always closed and locked, for your safety. *If you arrive after dark, the smart lock keypad will illuminate when you touch it. There is a flood light that comes on automatically under the front deck and at the front door, but a flashlight helps!
