Views of the red rocks throughout the home and peekaboo views of the La Sal Mountains. Kitchen is fully stocked for all your needs. Directly across from community pool, hot tub, tennis & basketball.
Moab has four unique seasons, and this home allows you to enjoy them all. Close to many national parks including Arches and Canyonlands. Speedy WIFI makes working remote easy.

3 Bedrooms and 2.5 Bathrooms: 1 King + 1 rollaway bed, 1 Queen, Full over Full Bunk Beds (rated for adults), 1 pack and play. A total of 7 persons max including infants. Room darkening curtains.
• Parking: Two car garage with plenty of storage and 2 bike racks. Driveway is 38' long and 2 cars wide. There is street parking nearby for oversize or extra vehicles in addition to guest parking at the end of driveway.
• Coffee Station: Guests have a choice of espresso, drip and pour over.
• Kitchen: Ceramic & stainless-steel pans, silicone utensils, small appliances and outdoor grill are just the beginning.
• Washer/ Dryer in unit and available for use
• Children: Pack n Play, highchair and children's cups, plates and utensils. Small toys including balls and sand buckets in garage.
• GARAGE: 2 Bike racks hold two bikes each and shop vacuum all for your use while you stay with us. There may be snow and ice on the driveway in winter months. Ice melt and a shovel are provided.
• Cleaning is very important to us, and this home is impeccably maintained to exceed Airbnb Standards. Also included are all the small extras you need like soap, shampoo and much more.

I am a work-at-home mom that can usually be found traveling, hiking, paddleboarding or playing at a beach with my wild toddler boys. I love a good book, especially fireside. We are based in the Seattle area and Moab is our home away from home. Hosting is my jam and if you see me in passing, I will probably be in possession of an oversized iced tea.
This licensed and legal vacation rental home is self managed by the owners. We are passionate about a positive guest experience. Extremely responsive to messages and available via phone and email during your stay. We also have an excellent team of individuals available in Moab should you need in person assistance in any way.
