Grand Pine Lodge is a custom log retreat nestled in the heart of Massanutten Resort. Boasts approximately 5,000 square feet of home with white pine throughout the spacious lodge. This beautiful log home boasts 7 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, large outdoor deck with patio area, hot tub, and bar/pool table in basement.

Conveniently located in the heart of Massanutten Resort. Has slope and mountain views from back deck. Hot tub, patio heater, patio seating, and propane gas grill for your enjoyment.

This sprawling 3-story lodge is nestled in the heart of Massanutten Resort, minutes from Skyline Drive and James Madison University. Grand Pine Lodge is a 5,000 square foot, white pine lodge offering year-round, beautiful views of the Shenandoah Valley and Blue Ridge Mountains. View the ski slopes and relax in the hot tub or patio seating on the lodge’s spacious 840 square foot deck.

Receive owners-only pool access with summer rentals ($5/pp entrance fee) and private RIVER access for ALL guests that enjoy exclusively for our guests only, ALL YEAR ROUND!

This custom log home boasts 7 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and accommodates 16-20 people comfortably. There is a spacious master bedroom, master bathroom, and additional bedroom with two full beds on the upstairs level. Above the living room, there is also a large loft area with leather sofa and game table. On the lower level, there is a large wet bar, pool table, and entertaining area, as well as a two-car garage (additionally, there is ample street parking).

The kitchen, dining room, and great room provide a wonderful area for entertaining and gathering. Rewind by a cozy fire in the stone fireplaces found in the great room and master bedroom. Gather with friends and family around the 12-foot long custom-built wood table to enjoy a meal, or simply a glass of wine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, double-wall convection oven in addition to an abundance of pots, pans, cookware, and dishes to accommodate large family meals!

For those who enjoy outdoor cooking, this lodge comes equipped with a stainless steel propane grill, or you can rent our mobile oil-drum commercial smoker for an additional $100. This large smoker will be delivered to the house prior to arrival for your group to enjoy during your entire stay! Contact us for more information.

Early check ins and late check outs are permitted but does incur a fee. It's subject to availability as well. Please inquire no more than 7 days prior to your check in date.

We offer exclusive experiences available at this premier home. These experiences include private meals prepared by our own chef, private massage services, daily housekeeping, grocery delivery service and NEW! local wine and beer tours!!

We offer an exclusive private chef, with unique, local, and freshly prepared meals served family style in the comforts of your vacation home. The chef has brunch and dinner menus available! Pricing starts at $18/pp including two entrees, two sides, and a salad! All the meal prep, cooking, and clean up is taken care of for you! Inquire for more information of menu options or customization of a special menu offerings.

To make your vacation as stress-free and relaxing as possible, we now offer grocery delivery and set up upon arrival. Groceries can be ordered ahead of time and then delivered and organized for you on the day of your arrival. No need to rush to get to the grocery store prior to arrival. Let us take on this hassle! We also have 30 and 60 minute private massage options and Spa Manicure/Pedicure options; all in the comforts of your home!

Wanting to get the most LOCAL and FUN Shenandoah Valley experience? Try one of our local wine and beers tours. All the local tours are masterfully created by the owners themselves to give their guests the ULTIMATE experience! Enjoy half or full day tours with a local driver and a planned itinerary!! All you have to do is show up!

We also offer daily housekeeping services. The housekeepers will provide fresh towels, hand towels, washcloths, re-make all the beds with new linens, remove trash, sweep main level floor and wipe down counters, and freshen bathrooms. $50/day for housekeeping services, $140 for three days of housekeeping, weekly housekeeping special rate of $250.

Massanutten has numerous activities for your stay. The resort offers hiking, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, swimming, etc. There is also an indoor water park that is sure to provide great memories. Wonderful restaurants and theaters are available within a 10-minute drive.

Book one of our homes and get EXCLUSIVE, private access to the beautiful Shenandoah River. Only a short drive from the resort and provides private access including tubes, canoes, kayaks, and other outdoor sports!

Hello! We are both involved in real estate, Sara as a real estate agent and Brian as a real estate investor. We are from Harrisonburg, VA and both James Madison University alumnus! We have four boys who are active in sports and extracurricular activities. When we aren’t involved In our kids activities, we enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants, and enjoy traveling and hosting guests through airbnb. The following is a list of Rules that MUST be adhered to by everyone in your party. By booking our home, you acknowledge your responsibility for ensuring that everyone staying in and visiting the home you have rented in Massanutten Village will abide by the following rules…  Rental occupancy shall be limited 18-20 persons (Grand Pine Lodge) for overnight stay. This includes all guests regardless of age.  The primary Tenant must be at least 25 years of age.  Walking on street with alcoholic beverages is prohibited.  Lighting fireworks is prohibited.  Open fires are prohibited.  Parking at this residence is limited to 5 cars.  No smoking in the home of any kind  Pets are permitted with additional nonrefundable pet fee required  Parking on the roadside is prohibited. All cars must be parked in area directly in front of Grand Pine Lodge. All four tires must be off the road in front of the home. Parking on any private property you have not rented is prohibited.  No truck, bus or other vehicle with a capacity larger than three-quarter ton shall be parked overnight on any lot in such a manner as to be visible to the occupants of other lots or the users of any common area. No mobile home, travel trailer or camper shall be parked on any lot overnight.  Loud and boisterous activity will not be tolerated. Please keep in mind that year-round residents live in the immediate vicinity of your rental home. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Outdoor quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am on weekdays and 10 pm to 8am on weekends. Loud, disorderly conduct, particularly in public areas (front porch, driveway, and back porch) is not permitted. Any calls from neighbors and/or Massanutten police department will be taken seriously. We will be visiting the property regularly and reserve every right to ask your group to leave, if we feel your behavior is considered unacceptable and disrespectful to the neighbors and/or to our property. If Massanutten Police Department is dispatched for disorderly conduct or noise to our home, we reserve the right to withhold full deposit.  No person shall permit any animal to run at large on common areas or property owned by other members. An animal is running at large if it is not within its caretaker’s immediate supervision and control.  No person shall hunt or trap wild animals or fowl within Massanutten Village or Resort.  All trash needs to be removed from Grand Pine Lodge prior to departure. Trash can be placed in any of the public trash dumpsters on the resort. If the cleaning company has to dispose of personal trash, their $50 fine will be passed along to the renters.  Many of Massanutten’s roads are curvy with blind spots. This includes Chipmunk Court where Grand Pine is located. Please be careful and walk on the left shoulders facing oncoming traffic. Except otherwise posted, the speed limit within Massanutten is 25 mph.  Trespassing on any private property, whether it is adjoining your rental property or not, is prohibited.  Hanging or drying of clothing, towels, or linens, etc. outside where visible to other homes or roads is prohibited.  Littering is prohibited.  Feeding or harassment of wildlife is not permitted.  Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, and or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in or will be asked to leave the premise immediately.  No refunds will be given due to weather. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Massanutten roads are well maintained, however we recommend four-wheel drive during the snow months. We do no refund due to road conditions. By reserving our home, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions of this rental addendum.
