The master suite includes, washer/dryer, full bathroom, queen bed, TV, closet space, dresser, extra towels, extra blankets, full length mirror, electric fireplace, k-cup, mini refrigerator, complimentary coffee, water and snacks. Shared fenced in yard, patio, table and chairs is available for guest use. Shared home workout area in the finished basement is available for guest use.
Private/not shared space: Top floor/up stairs is off limits to guests.
Upon request, the kitchen may be used for basic cooking.

Located in a quiet established neighborhood in Adamstown, MD. There is a pizza/sub shop and Stup's Market, a convenience store within walking distance. Stup's carries a small selection of beer/wine/liquor and has a couple of gas pumps. FUN FACT: Stup's Market, previously Adamstown Market was a filming location in The Blair Witch Project that was released on July 14th, 1999.

We’re about an hour’s drive to both Washington DC & Baltimore and just 9 miles to downtown Frederick. We are also just 6 miles from Loudoun County, VA (Northern Virginia’s wine region). We’re conveniently located to a wide variety of local activities including breweries, wineries, distilleries, golf, Civil War sites, hiking & biking, antiquing, art & the Potomac River. We also have many local farms, top notch restaurants & shopping nearby. It is a great location for visiting family & friends locally, weddings or other Frederick / Loudoun County venues.
