LAKEFRONT Chalet SPA + POOL TABLE - Mont-Tremblant

We designed and built this property ourselves, and we built it exclusively for vacationers.

We have been renting lakefront homes for close to 20 years. We have purchased 2 other new construction vacation lakefront homes in 2009 and 2011, but this is the first house we have had the pleasure of designing from the ground up. It was a real labour of love.

Because it was designed exclusively for rental, we considered many of the needs that a vacation renter/multiple family group may have, from the 2 ensuite bathrooms for more than one family, to a screened in porch with spa, extra large and very central kitchen with big island, big pantry and 2 refrigerators. We even designed a generous 4 feet between the kitchen island and all the cabinets to allow multiple people in the kitchen to move around freely and comfortably.

We know privacy in a rental property is always important - and this house sits of 2 acres of completely private forested and lakefront land. No neighbour views at all. We even curved the 400 ft driveway to offer total privacy from the quiet road as well.

Every window was designed extra large and extra tall, always aiming to look at something natural - mostly the lake, but if not, a beautiful natural forest, or even the sky and stars.

Sandy beaches are also very important for young families in the summer, and we only bought land that had a true sand beach. We knew this land well too, having had another chalet on this lake for over 10 years, we knew it was a special spot - extremely quiet roads, lots of opportunity for walking in nature, and a clean natural lake.
