No Smoking, No Pets, No Parties, and No more than 6 guests.

Important: Parking is across the street in front of or to the RIGHT of brown garage. You can also park inside the garage - we leave the side door open.

Please conserve water: The home uses a septic storage tank system which we pump out frequently. Every drop of water down the drain needs to be taken out so please be kind in not wasting water. We schedule pump outs based on the number of guests. Pls do not flush paper products down the toilet as well.

Before you go, we have a few things we ask you to do:

1. When you leave, please return the kayaks and life vests to the basement and lock the door behind you.

2. The checkout time is at 12 PM. If you aren’t out of the house by then, we’re going to have to charge you a late fee of $20 per hour. (We need time to get the house ready for our next guests, so please be considerate!)

3. Check under the bed for any belongings you might have left behind, and log out of your Netflix or HBO.

4. Turn off all the lights and the AC; in the winter set heat to 62.

5. Please strip the beds and leave the bedsheets and used towels in the shower.

6. Make sure all the windows are shut.

7. Put all the dishes in the dishwasher.
