Sleeps 10+ guests comfortably, We have a 30 ft screened in pool, grill, an outdoor bar in the back of the home. It's a perfect setting for a relaxing day! Inside the house, we also have a billiard room and a full kitchen with just about everything we think you might need.
The home is set back from the road, we have a huge carport that can store up to 8 cars. Plenty of uncovered space if you plan on bringing your boat. We have a boat ramp that accesses Lake Monroe, which is one of the lakes that makes up the St. John's river system. Down the road from the house, you will find public basketball and tennis courts, playgrounds for the kids. You can even go on a hike through some of the parks we have in the area and enjoy the Florida wildlife, you can even go and swim in a small spring there.
We are 40 min away from Daytona, beautiful country back roads you could drive to get there. 35 min away from New Symrna Beach. Orlando attractions about 45 min away.
