Set up for a couple of families, Tranquility Cabin sleeps 11 to 13.
During the peak summer season, it is a Friday to Friday rental only.
4 BEDROOMS: 2 main floor and 2 in lower level.
3 BATHROOMS: 2 main floor and 1 in lower level.
KITCHEN: fully equiped.
DINING: seats 13 including the kitchen bar.
LIVING: cathedral ceiling with windows that overlook the lake.
FAMILY ROOM: in basement with TV & pull-out sofa for 2
SITTING ROOM: main floor with pull-out sofa for 2

*The property is available from Friday to Friday during Peak summer season. Check in time is 3:30pm with check out at 9:30am for all reservations. Please, no early check in or late check out. *Early June and Late August has possibility of 3 night stay, please inquire. *Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day Weekend has a minimum of 3 night stay. Please inquire for prices.

House Rules
This home is reserved for family summer vacations from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend.
Payment Policy
At the time of making the reservation, a signed rental agreement and $300 is due. 60 days prior to check in, the balance is due. Payment may be made by check or credit card.
Refundable Damage Deposit
The $300 deposit turns into a damage deposit at check in. If all is in good condition according to contract, the damage deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of check out.
