Getting around

Guests will need a car to enjoy most of what Lake George had to offer. Park is in walking distance. We can arrange for bikes with advanced notice and a nominal fee.

Our cleaning staff work tirelessly to get the home ready on time. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late checkout given the narrow window of time they have to perfect your living space before you arrive. We hope you understand!

Minimum age limit for renters: 18

House Rules

House Rules Quiet Hours 10pm-8am. Absolutely NO smoking/vaping in the house (we have serious allergies), although you may smoke outside. Please be courteous and clean up your butts/ash. Unreturned and/or lost house keys will be charged a $25 replacement fee. All additional overnight guests must be approved in advance through the booking process and are subject to an additional fee. Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both illegal drugs and internet activity. If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair. Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Especially on the patio and in the yard. No loud music or parties allowed. Please clean up after yourself in the yard.No smoking
