Our cozy cabin is a .2 mile walking distance from the Lake Arrowhead Village entrance where you will find plenty of shopping, resterants and entertainment.

We have two parking spaces located in front of the house on the unpaved Accra road and two parking spaces located below the house in a paved lot, requiring approximately 30 steps uo to the house.

Our home is located on an access road, with uneven terrain to the front entry of the house. There are two parking spaces below the house in a paved lot which requires approximately 30 steps up to the front entry.

Your hosts are John and Kell. We are southern CA residents and this is our vacation home which we are excited to share with you! We are full time working professionals in the Commercial Construction Management and Human Resources and Staffing industries.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - 9PM

Guests will be provided a secure access code for their visit. Early check in and late check out fees will apply if not arrange in advance with written agreement.

Our home is not designed for events or parties and they will not be permitted.

We do not have pet friendly accommodations.

No smoking

We are a non-smoking home to include no cigarettes, vaping or cannibas products.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

A minimum age requirement of 25 applies.

Payment Policy

Your stay is 100% paid at the time of check in, to include all security deposits, taxes and cleaning fees.

Refundable Damage Deposit

We refund the full deposit at check out given there are no damages or rule violations to the property as agreed upon prior to check in.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will not be accepted within 5 days of check in.
