Coastal remodel completed November 2022! Vacation beautifully the minute you enter our South Seas Tower 3, 18th floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath updated, coastal design and fully stocked resort condo. You will be struck by the endless Gulf of Mexico views visible from the moment you open the door and from the kitchen, living area and master bedroom. Guests are amazed by the beautiful views of Marco Island, Smokehouse Bay and the Jolly Bridge as they approach the condo (also visible from the kitchen and guest bedroom). My favorite part of hosting is the texts and photos I receive from guests admiring the incredible sunset right from the large balcony, the living area or the master bedroom. Most guests make sure they are back in the condo each evening just to enjoy the spectacular sunsets.

We want our guests to love everything about their experience with us, just sit back, relax and enjoy your time on Marco Island. We even provide all the necessities you need for a day at the beach or pool.

Wake up to the sun rising while enjoying a cup of coffee or taking a long walk on the beach and then spend the day collecting sand dollars and shells at nearby Tigertail, using the many amenities or exploring the local attractions of Marco Island and nearby areas. When the day is over, relax on the balcony set high above the pool, overlooking the spectacular gulf and catch a magnificent sunset or get cozy in the living room watching the new 70" flatscreen TV or catching up on the days events with high speed wireless internet. Make meals in the fully stocked kitchen or walk or drive to a great variety of restaurants.

Enjoy Marco Island’s pristine outdoors with beautiful beaches, a tropical climate and many nearby golfing and boating options and only a short ride from Naples and the Everglades. Marco Island is family friendly but also a great place to enjoy a happy hour, or two (or more, we won't judge!).

Our condo is part of South Seas, a gated beachfront community at the North end of Crescent Beach and a short walk to Tigertail Beach Park. If amenities are your thing, we have a pool, full gym, tennis courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and pickle ball courts (all free for guests) and are within walking distance to dining and shopping. Boating docks are also available for a fee (and you can rent boats nearby as well). But South Seas is not for everyone, and I want you to love your time with us. If you are looking for bustling action and crowded beaches, further South might be the right spot for you. If you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation without crowds but with access to activities and some of Marco Island's best restaurants, you’ve found the right place. Also, be aware, that while we are beachfront, it does take 10 minutes to walk to the ocean.

We are here to point you in the right direction for anything you might need, before, during or after your stay. We are responsive, guest friendly and service oriented. Our goal is that you want to come back, again and again, and tell your friends. We can’t promise that things won’t go wrong, but we can promise to make things right as quickly as possible.
