My number one goal is to provide a safe, clean and enjoyable experience for all my guests. I would appreciate you follow these rules in order for me to guarantee such an experience for all my guests: Unlike other hosts I do not require guests to do any cleaning or to remove linen, etc. You're probably on vacation, and who wants to clean and do chores while on their vacation :) However, I only ask to do your own dishes to keep the place as sanitary as possible. No parties or events allowed. No smoking allowed. Pets are welcomed. Limits: (A) 1 small dog or cat; or (B) 1 medium size dog; (C) No large dogs Please take extra care with your fluffy friends, especially with the beds and sofas. We provide two dog/cat bowls. Please rinse out any food before going to bed and before the end of your stay to keep the place in optimum condition for the next guest. Guests must bring their own litter box (cardboard ones are fine) and kitty litter, and/or wee-wee pads. Please do not leave waste in the trash can. There is a trash can outside, in front of the building. Please remember, you will be responsible for any property damages by your pets. Suitable for toddlers and children under 12. Please note that while there are window screens on every window there are no window guards. There are also cleaning supplies and other such chemicals. Guests are responsible for the safety of the children on the property. No unregistered guests allowed. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Please do not sit on the arms of the sofas. Please respect the noise curfew. Please turn off the AC, TV’s and appliances when you go out. Please respect check-in and check-out times. We need to have access to the property to get it ready for the next guests. Any checkouts after 11:30 a.m. will incur a $50 fee. Any checkouts after 30 minutes of checkout time will incur fees that the cleaning crew will charge us, plus any loss of revenue for booked days of other guests that have to be canceled or rescheduled. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of $5. Please take care of the furnishings, dishes and other property on the premises. You may have to pay for damages and missing items. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. There are garbage bags under the sink in case the garbage bin becomes full and there garbage bins in front of the building that you can place the garbage in. Only the registered guest can check-in. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. All guests are subject to the rules and regulations of the lease of the property/unit, as well as local laws, rules, ordinances. Violations of the rules may incur fees and charges starting from $50 per violation or the amount equal to the damages incurred and will be grounds for immediate termination of your reservation and your stay without refund and to immediate removal from property A property left excessively dirty will be considered considered damage to the property and will incur a fee of no less than $50 and/or equal to the monetary cost to restore the property to its original state.No smokingNo parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 5:00 PM
