Overview

One side of a cute remastered yet traditional New Orleans shotgun style duplex in Edgewood Park. Brand new appliances, a full kitchen, and private bedroom as well as a secondary couch-bed & TV in the living room in a quiet neighborhood; this is the perfect spot for a small family with kids or a couple to take a peaceful retreat in the Big Easy.
We are a convenient 10 minutes away from Bywater/Marigny, 10 minutes from the French Quarter, 15 minutes from City Park. We welcome loud toddlers!! :)

The space
Parking is on the street, it is a little muddy outside, still waiting on the city to fix some things on the sidewalk, but street parking has no time limits. We have a 5-year-old and an infant on the premises so there may be little kid noises from time to time. We also have a small dog who has a big bark but no bite, she is very friendly but we usually keep her indoors. All basic amenities are provided such as towels and soap etc. We do a little community garden if you're interested in that we're more than happy to show you around.

I'm Spanish born in Japan immigrated to America when i was a kid. I grew up in 13 different countries and I only speak English fluently. I have a family of four my wife Ashley, my daughter Daenerys, and our little dog Zoe. We love to travel as much as humanly possible and love meeting other friendly people like ourselves. I run my own real estate investment business and paint and cook on the side.

My favorite destinations so far have been China, the Dominican Republic, and South Africa. We're hoping to explore more of Europe soon including Greece and Spain.
