This well-appointed ground-floor condo is an end unit with no one above or below it where you gain access to this private space through its own secluded entry way. The rental is beautifully designed for vacationing, having a king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size Lazy Boy sleeper sofa in the living room, accommodates up to 4 friends or family members in ultimate comfort. My wife Linda & I manage our Vacation Rental in Poipu Kauai, through our company Garden Island Hospitality. Our Rental is Manualoha 601, is one of the largest 1 bedroom condo's on all of Kauai. It is located within the resort area of Manualoha at Poipu Kai, Kauai. Manualoha 601 is in technically the closet complexes to Brennecke's Beach on the Southern most part of the Garden Island, Kauai. We have upgraded our rental with high-end appliances from Bosch, like our newest addition the Induction Stove-top with a professional grade Anolon Pots & Pans. We also have AC in the Bedroom & Living Area.

Getting around

There are 2 restaurants plus a Deli & Puka Dog Shops within close walking distance of the unit. The Beach is within 300 steps from the front door. The nearest grocery store though is approximately 2.5 miles away. A vehicle is highly suggested, if you are fit a bike could do. It all depends though on your plans during your stay. Most people enjoy touring many of the local attractions where a vehicle is going to be your best means of travel.

Payment Policy
We require 30% of total lodging to be prepaid to reserve the vacation rental. All Rental Fees plus (Security Deposit if required) are due in full 60 days prior to the Check-in Date. We may not require Security Deposits from you during the rental period which we hope to leave you the ability of having additional resources during your trip. With no security deposit being held, Guest will however provide a credit card to be on file to submit for payment any damages, breakages, or Services we provide; Grocery Delivery Service, Water Sports Gear Rentals (Stand Up Paddle Boards, Bikes) & other services, we offer to our Guests.
A Short Term Rental Agreement will be required to be accepted and signed by the guest within 72 hours of the booking.

Credit Cards on File: The Guest’s credit card must be on-file. Security Deposits are a “Hold on Funds” only to be charged in the event of damages that will not be covered by the Damage Protection Policy. We retain the right to charge Your credit card for any damage, breakage or additional cleaning attributed to wear and tear beyond normal use.

Cancellation Policy
If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, their payments will be refunded as follows:

All notices of cancellation must be received in writing. An email is sufficient to the email address listed in the Agreement. Our credit card processors due not refund processing fees, therefore there is a 4% credit card cancellation fee in every case. The Refunds and Cancellations of the vacation rental reservations are first calculated by first deducting the 4% cancellation fee then any further refund is determined by the length of advance notice given prior to the reservation’s arrival date:

Ninety-six percent (96.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-six percent (46.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

At the time of booking and up to 30 days prior to date of arrival Guests are provided the option to obtain Travel Insurance. Either a Standard Policy of Cancel for Any Reason Policy Travel Protection is an important way to protect your vacation investment against unforeseen circumstances that may occur before or during your scheduled trip. For as little as 7%, cover 100% of your trip costs.
