History mixed with modern amenities! The home features 12 - foot ceilings, and original wood floors and ceramic tiles in the wet areas. The living room is done in a modern take of traditional style. All other rooms are designed in festive colors to bring a fun environment for a fun vacation.

Located in the heart of Historic Hipster Bywater within walking distance of the French Quarter & Frenchmen St. (Marigny) Don't like to walk take the #5 bus, Uber or taxi will have you to the Quarter in minutes. Plenty of parking spaces at our house. Entrance to the beautiful riverfront Crescent Park is just 3 blocks away. Want to sip some wine & listen to music, Bacchanal is just a few blocks away. Want to sample some praline bacon, The famous Elizabeth's is blocks away. Want to go for a swim, the Country Club has a climate-controlled pool & is accessible to anyone for a small fee. Want to sample New Orleans best Pizza, Pizza Delicious is only blocks away. We can’t forget The JOINT for some of the best BBQ. Faubourg Wines, our favorite wine store is in the neighborhood & has free wine tastings every Wednesday. Belong to Anytime Fitness, there is one located just around the corner.

The fastest way to get to the French Quarter is to follow the Mississippi River. We are only 3 blocks from the Mississippi River and a beautiful walk from the new Crescent Park on the Mississippi River. To view all the historical homes the next route would be to walk or drive down Royal or Burgundy Street.

This is a historic residential neighborhood, so WE CANT ALLOW LOUD PARTIES, sorry. We are strict about 10 pm noise rule.

RENTAL RULES
$200.00 damage deposit is fully refundable if there is no damage and no excessive messiness. This would include issues such as excessive amounts of trash, dishes in the house. Please don’t use the bedspreads, quilts or pillow shams they are for decorations only. I have blankets there if needed. A charge will be taken out of your deposit if the bedspreads, quilts, or pillow shams are used.
1. Smoking is allowed outside only.
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the
property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The maximum number of guests is limited to 6 people.
3. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses
6. Parking on the road is permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
8. Before check out please load dishwasher and turn on.
9. Before check out please load washing machine with towels and face towels.
10. Before you leave upon check out put thermostat on 75.
11. Water and Sewer: The property is on a sewer system. The sewer system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at
anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $200.00.
12. This is a Historical residential neighborhood, so WE CANT ALLOW LOUD PARTIES, sorry. We are strict about 10 pm noise rule.
14. This is not a reception hall, we do not allow any type of functions at our home. If we do find that this has taken place an additional fee will be charged to your credit card in the amount of $8,000.00________________________

The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
