Located in "Old Louisville" which is a historic district of downtown Louisville.
Close to YUM Center, theaters, sporting events, restaurants, airport,across the Ohio from southern Indiana, interstate I65 and I71 and any downtown Louisville events.
Two condos in this former old mansion. This condo is located on the second and third floors. There are 19 steps up to the main floor living area where the fully equited kitchen, dining room, living room, deck, master bedroom with queen size memory foam mattress and full bath are located.
There are 18 steps to the third floor with two bedrooms,queen size memory foam mattresses and full bathroom.
This home and many other homes in the Old Louisville area was built in the 1880's for the "Southern Convention Expo" in Louisville. It was converted into two condos in 1994 and updated.
The first floor condo with two bedrooms, two baths, living room, dining room and fully equipted kitchen is also listed with us on Houfy for rent. Call owner for details if you want to rent both condos.

Please do not flush tampons, sanitary napkins or anything that is not toilet paper down the toilet or you will pay the plumbing bill.

1. At check out, empty the plastic liner in the kitchen trash can and put it in the garbage can in the parking lot.

2. Please leave the kitchen clean and the dishes washed and put away or washing in the dishwasher.

3. Do not leave any dishes in the bedrooms, bathrooms or dining room.

A reminder that this is a pet and smoke free condo.
Smoking is allowed outside only. Smoker to clean up all smoking debris.
