This Historic Home was built in the early 1900's. Totally renovated, with all the charm of New Orleans. Our New Orleans Creole shotgun home is very spacious with new furniture and all the making of a comfortable home.
The Historic Bywater neighborhood is an artsy area with easy access to the Quarter, Frenchman St, Crescent Park, cafes, restaurants, grocery, park, and bars all within walking distance.

We are close enough to the French Quarter to walk
( 15 -20 minute walk), but still far enough to not have the noise, expensive parking and activity of the French Quarter.
The Gabrielle Grace Manor has a Living room with hardwood floors, TV, sofa bed and 2 chairs, WiFi, cable TV. The kitchen is fully furnished, (but who wants to cook when your i​n New Orleans and you have all this good food).
1st. Bedroom has​​ a new queen bed and mattress and hardwood floors and TV.
2nd. Bedroom has a new queen bed and mattress and hardwood floors.
Bathrooms consist of a toilet and combination tub/shower. Just about everything new.
The Gabrielle Grace Manor has all you need with off street parking always close to the house.

Getting around

Walking and using Uber is​ the best ways to get to the French Quarter or Frenchmen Street. Our rentals are only about 1.3 miles from the French Quarter. We are 3 blocks from the entrance to the new Crescent City Park on the Mississippi River.

We own and manage The Gabrielle Grace Manor and three other rentals. We are from the out skirts of New Orleans known as St. Bernard Parish, only minutes away from the French Quarter. Our families were fishermen and farmers. We grew up on the bayou where we learned to live off the land. We also had a Seafood Business where we sold and shipped shrimp, crabs, oysters, and fish, mostly to New Orleans and Baltimore. Our families and us all share the love for our beautiful city "New Orleans".

RENTAL RULES 1. Smoking is allowed outside only. 2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The maximum number of guests is limited to 6 people. An additional charge of $50.00-$100.00 (depends on the time of year) per person, per night for guests in addition to 6 will be charged to your credit card. 3. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. 5. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. 7. Parking on the road is permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. 9. Before check out please load dishwasher and turn on. 10. Before check out please put towels and face towels in clothes hamper in the Utility room. 11. Before you leave upon check out put thermostat on 75. 12. Water and Sewer: The property is on a sewer system. The sewer system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $200.00. 13. This is a Historical residential neighborhood, so WE CANT ALLOW LOUD PARTIES, sorry. We are strict about 10pm noise rule. 14. Please don’t use the bedspreads, quilts or pillow shams they are for decorations only. I have blankets provide if needed. 15. We do not allow any type of functions at our house. No events or parties allowed.
